I have a 98 GSR with 110K+ miles. It still runs great. I have never had a problem with it. I did change the water pump and the timing belt at 105,000. Then I drove it from Ohio to Florida and back. The only problem I had was the trying not to get a ticket.
As long as you take care of the car, it will last forever! Its a honda, they run a very long time. My family has owned hondas/acuras for a very long time. We have never had a bad one and we never got rid of one before it hit 150K. Then we got a new one.
Because it is used, I would just make sure that the normal service was taken care of. If it was and no one has made any non-factory mods to it. You should take it.
