Not really. Any political capital the Democrats would gain by the leadership in the House would be wasted. They are not that dumb. Their most likely target would be Rove, if he is not indicted by Fitzgerald and other "staffers" in the White House. It will be pretty tough getting Bush on faulty pre-war intelligence when the top spy at the time & Clinton apointee (George Tenet) reponds to President Bush' question of whether or not the intelligence was credible and is told it is "A slam dunk!" It will also be pretty tough going after the NSA spying on terrorists as it has already been pointed out every law scholar that has weighed in on it has said it was within the Presidential powers or the law there is murky at best.
