well... i didn't say neuspeeds weren't made in germany, but i know that the HRs are. For a long time, I was unsure which one i wanted, but the thing that made me choose HR is because I read some reviews how neuspeeds sag a little over years. but i'm still debating between the two. why did you choose neuspeeds over HR? they're like the same thing with same price. only difference is that HR doesn't make neuspeed springs anymore.
