My trusty and reliable 1995 Honda Odyessey has given me cause for alarm by leaving drippings under the engine bay.

On inspection, the oil seems to be coming from no where. Knowing this is impossible, I searched and alas a site in the middle of the timing belt cover looked soiled.

A quick search and stories of a "cam balancer seal" or "front balance shaft oil plug" reveals a history. Some mention a Recall went out?

Is it a reasonable asumption that this is my problem and info. on a fix would be greatly appreciated.
