I have a 2 1 inch tweeters. The one located on my drivers side door panel near the window has an issue. For some reason it doesnt work when its cold inside the car but, it starts working the moment the inside of the car warms up. When it is a cold day outside I wait till the car warms up then turn on the heater. I then point the vent in the direction of the tweeter and put my hand to act as a duck. It immediately starts working. However the moment I take my hand away it lowers down to the point where its off. It eventually stays on like the other tweeter once the inside of the car is fully warmed up.

I'm thinking it has somthing to do with the "Ferro-Fluid" thats cooling the voice coil of the tweeter. Anyway is there something I can spray on it to prevent this or does it just need to be repaired?

Keep in mind that the passenger side tweeter works flawlessly therefore there is a problem with the driver side tweeter.
