the stock head unit does not have amp pre outs.

and the aux port wont help you power your amp.

for power and stuff.....
-pull power wire from battery to the trunk.... youll ahve to snake it through the cabin.
-ground amp to bare metal in trunk using the same gauge wire
-pull remote wire from stock head unit to the amp.

for audio.... you will need to get line output converters to convert high to low level audio that your amp can handle... you can then splice those into the head unit or rear speakers.
