I am not sure if the factory decks have a preout for the RCA wires to go in. If not, you will need a something to get the signal from.

Line Output Converter
This will allow the amp to get a signal from the deck. It will get its signal from the rear speaker wires. You will splice the wires from the rear speakers to the LOC. From the LOC, you need a set of RCA wires to go to the amp.

As for power, you will need to run a power wire from the battery to the amp. Make sure to put an inline fuse within 18" from the battery. Run that wire into a hole in the firewall into the cabin. From the cabin, lay out the wires under the carpet and run it into the trunk.

Ground your amp with the same gauge wire as the power wire. 8 or 4 gauge most likely. You want the ground wire as short as possible. And ground it to the chassis on a solid bare metal surface.
