on my 02 accord where I mounted the ballasts are:
For the left side headlight I mounted it against the frame right under i think its the power steering resoviour right on the frame. Lets just say its not removable. The way my brother screwed them in is ridiculous. I have to sell the car with the ballasts if anything.
On the right side I removed the radiator fluid resoviour and mounted it right underneath it against the frame. Again, its a bitch to take out. My brother bent the screws so I cant take them out.
I also placed that square shaped pad under. between the ballast and the frame.
Ill take some pictures tonight to show you.
