No...He wouldn't need to switch it soo low if he wasnt making power there... That's be hard with what he wants really...

Lastly, the H22 should be able to handle 8-10 PSI daily, my buddy is running a custom setup by Full Race and he is running 11 psi daily. Grant you that he has had it tuned...You said you're doing this cheap, well don't... If you can find the parts cheap then get them, but don't half ass a setup just to save a couple of hundred dollars and risk thousands in the end...
