ok, one thing, these will not be all i eat for the next few weeks/months. which is why i was saying they better have a decent shelf-life
and what
would you consider to be a 'healthy diet'? i actually eat 4x's a day. breakfast is either a banana or half a wheat bagel teamed w/ cereal. lunch is that sandwich deal, or unless my coworkers feel like going out somewhere else. before the gym i'll usually have a peanut butter sandwich w/ multigrain bread and another glass of milk (all my milk is 1%), and dinner is either like pasta, chicken stuff, or korean crap i make. i dont see how that would be considered unhealthy. i know i can improve, but time and money arent exactly luxuries i have. if anyone has any better, more effective ideas for a decent, pre-workout eat then im totally open to suggestions.
