So you have a lot of excuses and bad eating habits...exactly why the nutrition bars are a bad idea for you.

Nutrition bars are meant as a supplement for an already healthy diet. What you are doing is the equivelent of eating those bulk supplements in place of a healthy diet or regular eating habits.
