i have been selling cars for long enough to know a little here. 12,995 for an 02 with under 50 clicks isn't bad. honda's certification process is THE BEST in the industry, so that has some value there.

i am trying to sell my 04 si with 30K to my owner's honda store, and they want to give me around 13k for it in stock condition so they can certify it.

if you really want to get down to brass tacks, you need to make them show you how much they have in the car.. ie what they purchased it for plus recon charges and cert charges. then offer about 500 over that. they shoud be happy to move a used unit.
