I have a '92 CX with a B18C1 and a '98 EX with the stock motor. My '92 CX pulls in 5th like my '98 EX pulls in 3rd. The CX is a lot lighter, but I would definately recommend the swap. With just an intake, exhaust and no PS or A/C and just two front seats, my car ran 14.4 at 96. Doesn't sound that impressive, but that's faster than pretty much every new import out right now (SVT focus, Type S RSX, Sentra V-spec) except the 350Z and WRX and it is a complete blast to drive.
