But, without the harsh reparations of WWI, there wouldn't have been a frustrated mass. The frustration of the masses led to the rise of Hitler, which led to anti-semitism. The anti semitism was the effect, not the cause.
Interestingly, if we use your little statement here, then Iran can't be compared to Nazi Germany because there does not exist an "untouchable" class in Iran.
