I use to be like that in high school...I mean I am still not Mr. Confident, but I've learn that I cant be a puss about everything. It is only hurting me and keeping me from getting things. My boss told me a couple of traits that I should work on in order to be a better coordinator for the program...one of them she called the "Asian Guy Syndrome"...and that was being too reserved, shy, and lack of confidence when I say things. Not that other syndrome we have...:sad:
