I do not have enough experience with Hondas, but in my Subaru I had to add fluid two to three times before the pads were due. So before just replacing them make sure you need new ones.
To check them out remove front wheel(s) and look into the small caliper window. For more detail do search on the site and I am sure you will find a lot of information plus pictures.
