I would stay away from b20 if its not going to be fully built. I had one and i cracked the ringlands twice. thats when i decided to buy a b16a long block and drop it in. There is a article in a old honda tuning magazine that has three eg chassis hatchbacks and 2 of the 3 had all-motor built b20 blocks that made alot of power. My b20 had a t3 turbo pushing around 14 psi, no tune, fmu for fuel managment. It was way fun because of the torque though.
