Default timing belt change?

hey guys I just bought my girlfriend a 95 accord LX 2.2 liter non-vtec. the thing cranks and idles irratically and when i pull up to a stop sing at idle, it dies on me and when i warm it up it will all of a sudden die on me. i changed the O2 sensor since it was throwing a code for it, and i replaced the spark plugs and wired with new. i adjusted the distributor to where the car runs fine at idle but the distributor is turned to far to bolt back in. could it need a newtiming belt? suggestions?

p.s. does this model car suppost to have the timing indicator cause i cant find it
