Ok first thing, DO NOT GET EMANAGE!!!!!! you will NOT be able to tune your car effectivly for the best results. Look into programs like Uberdata, or crome. They are free programs that LOTS of people use, you can easily find a tuner near by. The only exspence from this is getting your ecu chipped, and i can direct you to a guy that has an awsome price on this service.
Next, you dont need to blow all that money on Rc injectors, you have other options. If you want to save ALOT of money, pick up a set of DSM 450 injectors, but you do run the risk as they are used parts. The best bet is to go to Tunertoys.com and pick up a set of there correct inject 450 injecters for the awsome price of 250 or so.
Tial BOV is gonna be really pricey, again keeping a kit under 2k means not buying the most exspensive stuff out there, look into the greddy RS as its a nice sounding BOV with out costing to much
Forget about the spearco intercooler, they are exspensive, save your self some money and get a JRC intercooler. You can get a great one for 189 shipped.
If your gonna be running a larger turbo at some point i would run 2.5in charge pipes, i had no problem with spool times running this size and it will give you room to grow, i suggest checking out www.cc-fab.net for there charge pipes, there pretty damn nice
www.cc-fab.net would also be a good place to go for the item you forgot. The manifold. I would suggest just a simple log manifold for your purposes
OK turbo time, i think the perfect turbo for the numbers your hoping for would be a t3 60 trim (http://www.westcoast-turbo.com/turboa.html) has great prices on rebuilt turbos. This is where i sugest you drop a few bills, as having a fresh turbo will make your life MUCH easier.
Your kit is missing alot LIKE
Guages, gonna need oil pressure, EGT, and boost, and you REALLY should run a wideband i suggest plx-m300
Oil lines, easy to get, just go to stealthmodeperformance.com pick up the t3 kit, done.
Down pipe, your just gonna have to pick up 2 U bends and fab your own, best way to do it and there is not shortage of welders in the world.
If you choose to go external wastegate (you should) youll need one of those. Tial is a good choice here
Unless the kit you find comes with them, your gonna need clamps and couplers, should really invest in t-clamps here
Last but not least, look into a tuner in your area for what ever program you choose and get that stuff tuned ASAP not just the cars sake, but for yours because after dropping the amount of money turbos require you deserve to have your car making every pony it can
