Your number look pretty good.
I'd likely for go the pistons since it it just NA.
Machine work is the bang for the buck--getting block punched and honed.
New pistons
Then getting crank turned and balanced to w/ stock rods.
Should be okay.
Figure 1000.00 for Port and polish head.

I'd due all the assembly my self since I'm into that and I figured around 3000-4000 grand assuming I used my current engine and didn't source a new core. I didn't include headers or that because I was going for the sleeper look and figured I'd just port the stock exhaust manifold.

I also assumed the NA route would not produce much over 50-60hp so I also ruled out needing new injectors or any of that.
Basically it was a complete build-up of the engine to maximize its balance, compression, and head flow since Honda I/E are pretty good stock in most application 15hp is not hiding in these areas on a 4cyl honda.
