I have never heard of a condition relating to that. But it is possible to feel tired and groggy if you happen to wake up during stages 3 or 4 of the 5 stage sleep cycle. People cycle through the 5 stages many times in one night. If someone wakes up during the 5th stage, REM sleep, they normally won't feel very tired or groggy because their brain waves at that time are most like the brainwaves of someone that is awake and active.
i read it in my old highschool health book,its not really a condition, its just basically if u get too much sleep, thats how u feel because of the stages your brain cycled through... i cant remember how it went
