That's the response I got from our awesome dealership here. All the fuses are good. I even pulled the fuse for the dash lights just to verify that it was the one that in-fact was responsible for power to the backlights for the gauges, buttons, etc.

If the fuse was bad, the backlights for the odometer, auto climate control and clock LCD's would never come on, correct? They do in-fact power up when you turn on the car, but they go out when the light switch is turned to parking light or head light.
