Workout Crew
Post your gains...I know its been a while since we had a thread so i figured it would be a good time now since most of you are beginning to wake up on the west coast. Well yesterday was my bench/arm day...my sets went as followed
205 - 8x
225 - 5x
245 - 1x
Im moving my sets up now by 10lbs...Ive only been at the gym for a lil over a month and i have noticed incredible gains on my bench...Also i am slimming down and toning up..The gym is really helping me out....a definite self-esteem booster...I feel like a million bucks...I watch what i eat and i cut down my portions and i am really noticing a huge difference.
