Cap? Rotor? Fuel filter? Timing belt? Fluid flushes?

Your misfires are a problem with the ignition system, so you need to double check and make sure that everything is functioning correctly.
You shouldn't be having problems like you are since the motor has relatively low mileage. A neglected motor will die...an abused but taken care of motor will live for a long time.
