i was also thinking that it might have led to clutch wear and tear but the clutch isnt showing any signs of wear. all the gears are gripping smoothly except for sometimes the reverse. it also grinds very rarely when i'm going from 2nd to 3rd but i'm positive that i'm just pulling my foot up before i fully engage into 3rd. i'm gonna take it back to my mechanic and tell him to bleed the system once more and if he objects and decides to try and tell me i need a new clutch, i'll find a second opinion and a new mechanic. i dont think i can be paying another 500-600 for a new clutch when i paid 500 already for a new master and slave cylinder...
