I have an 89 Honda Accord. I was driving today and when i went into neutral the rpm meter went up to 2500 to 2000 rpm. It will not come down it just idles at this speed. I should mention that since I bought the car when I first start it usually idle at this speed, but I give it a little gas and it drops down to around 1000 rpm. Now it seems that something is stuck or I have a vacuum leak. If someone has had the same problem can you give me some tips on how to fix this problem
