Jan. 2006 = 38 inch waist, XL or XXL T-shirts, 253lbs.
Today = 35 inch waist, L T-shirts, 223 lbs.
I'm 5'10".
I did it the common sense way. I cut down what I eat, and increased the exercise regimen. 5 to 6 days in the gym, 90 min M-F. Almost 2 hrs on weekends. Free weights, and cardio. Cardio consists of the eliptical machine and running on a treadmill.
I want to get down to 200lbs by June. My scientifically pre-determined weight should be 175, but that isn't going to happen.
