I just finished breaking in my Exedy stage 1 clutch on my stock '95 GSR, its the first repair/upgrade I make on this car. I bought this because of the lower price compared to the ACT clutch and I know I won't be putting down any extra power other than i/h/e within the first year because I focus on suspension first. After 1000 miles of driving, I have to say that I really love this clutch compared to stock. It is a lot firmer than stock, but I have gotten used to it. I also just put in a B&M short shifter 2 nights ago- and now it feels better that ever! I don't know how reliable this clutch will be because I have never known anyone personally that has used it....
If I add any more power to my car, I will probably upgrade to an ACT kit next time. By the way, how long is a clutch supposed to last?
