Well obviously they look before they work on it but sometimes they say they charge for "diagnosing" ....STUPID! But I guess I could just say "oops, don't have my $$ - sorry!" haha

It's a bolt on and yes, I'm thinking thats where the problem is but I can't find anything and I've tightened the bolts and even replaced one!
