Where im from they look at it before they do the work...so you could be like take a look and what do you think...while its up there check out whats wrong with it..and tell them they charge too much and leave...lol

EDIT: So technically you still have stock piping from the down pipe to the cat...thats prolly where your problem is at..is it bolt on or did you weld it
