Hello,

I have a 99 base Prelude. When I start my car in the morning, and the engine is still cold, the vtec will not kick in. However, when I get around 6.5 rpms, the car jerks hard. When the car is warmed up and I turn off the car and turn it back on, it will start to work.

Any suggestions? The car is in great mecanical condition (except this).
