Ok, installed a new clutch on the civic (96 civic EX). Everything went well with a few exceptions. Tonight, went to start for the first time, starts fine. Clutch pedal works, moves the clutch fork etc. I can hear it engage / disengage the tranny in neutral. Put it in gear, release the clutch, the car doesn't move. Like i said, i can hear the tranny engage when i release the clutch in neutral (tranny is old...gonna replace eventually).

Somebody pls help. Seems like the clutch must not be releasing all the way...but i could be wrong.
