I used to live in Southern California, and if I remember correctly the real estate market is nowhere near as inflated as Northern California. I mean, if you want to waste your money on a shack, that's fine. But there's no way I'd spend $615,000 on house that's not even 1200 sq ft. I don't even think I'd be able to live in a space that small.

I used to bitch about PA alot...but in reality it's not a bad place to live. No rolling blackouts, no rediculous gun laws, don't get harrased by police officers with tape measures to measure the ride height on your car and we actually have seasons. Not trying to say PA is perfect, it does have its short-comings.
