If had access to a DVOM you should check to see if your gauge cluster is getting power. If not, trace the wires back to fuse box as best as you can. You might have a short somewhere down the line. If you can't find anything wrong, check your grounds for and breaks. When it comes to the headlights the only thing I can think of is some kind of short in the high beam wire or possibly a bad relay. Maybe you have mice chewing on your wires. When you are examining your wiring, check for little turds. When it comes to your turn signal, sounds like you have high resistance. Clean all your terminals of any corrosion. Wouldn't be too surprised considering that its the end of winter assuming that you are from a state that actually gets snow. .
