I was wondering what EMS would be best for my setup? I'm a proud new member of the forum and hoping to get some help. I'm 24 and have been into cars since I got my license. My most recent project I've had for about four years, but has been sitting for about two years because I blew the motor.
Anyway, this is my setup-97 accord coupe
5-spd 93 jdm H22a
turbonetics T3/T4 turbo
spearco intercooler
wastegate,blowoff valve, and the other parts that came with the kit.
I installed the kit and didnt make it to the dyno in time and melted a piston. So I pulled the motor out and started doing some r&d on internals. I was actually on the forums at that time. This is what I ended up getting.
Darton sleeves,je pistons,crower rods, and for the head, ferrea valves,springs and retainers. The motor was balanced and completely assembled by a very popular performance machine shop. I'm about to drop the motor back in and get this thing going. I already have an ACT clutch, and the stage2 axles from DSS. I'm planning on running as much boost as possible. So I was wondering what EMS would be best for my setup, money is not an issue. I also still need injectors, fuel rail and a couple other things. Oh ya I also have the AEM cam gears already in. So any help I can get I would appreciate it. I'll try to get some pictures up,thanks
