my sony shut off....and i turned it back on, but it doesn't fully turn it. It clicks and the red LED standby lights goes on 4 flashes.

I found out if the LED flashes 4 times it means
"FOUR Blinks---No Vert. Deflection (V STOP), Screen goes to a single horizontal line then the video signal muted. Check IC1509, Q1505"

I dont know how to check IC1509, Q1505 or have any idea what it is.
