so got back home after a week of not being here, looks at the alarm clock and apparently the power ent out cause of the strong winds... anywais, now my PC wont turn on, the light of the network cable is on but the PC it self wont come on... would it be the power supply?

if it is the power supply, are they all the same? i have an old PC that the power supply works... can i just put that one in?
