have someone bang on the starter while you crank it just to be sure its not an intermittent starter (i dont think its the starter) could the relay be sticking? is your floor mat getting shoved up far enough that the clutch switch cant release? i got burned on a nissan before and it was just the floor mat. it was the same deal, intermittent start everything tested good and it was the fucking floor mat
