Well, the higher rated bulbs will be brighter in clear weather, but the wet weather will be even worse then it is now (with standard non-HID lighting.) We both know that from our Silverstar experiences.

(Note: I still use Silverstars, HatchVX doesn't because they are not availible in the Japanese standard H4H.)

Common big moneyman, get some HID's.
