well it is the combination of the two together p[lus also lack of raotats as well. with camber yuou are just riding on the edge of the tire. with toe you are basically grinding the tire. toe is the angle of your tires outward or inward as viewed from the top of the car looking down. camber is the angle of your tires outward or inward when viewed from the fronmt of the vehicle.
i would have a shop just adjust toe for now. rotate your tires front to rear. vehicle will act diffrently with the newer (or diffrent tread i shoul say) on the front. it might start pulling to the right once this is done because your camber caster angles are greqater then .5 for a cross.
as for what might be bent? it could be a variety of things. there are more angles besides camber/caster/toe. but those are normally the adjustable ones and toe is the only adjustable one on a your honda. a printout might not print out all of the angles.....but those angles can tell if a control arm is more likley bent...or upper control arm is bent...etc.
could be a saggy spring on the right side, upper control arm...lower control arm or ven a bent hub.
adjust toe and you should be able to get more life out of your tires...also rotoate every 5,000 or so. this way that -3.5 camber will get distrubuted to all of your tires.
