your camber is out of spec and so is your toe. your vehicle should be pulling right pretty good due to camber and caster. i deally you would want your camber and caster to be within .5 of each other. more then .5 might cause a pull to the less cambered/caster side.

as for your toe.....are you sure you dont mean 0.02? you said 0.2 there is a huge diffrence between those numbers. if you have 0.60 (total toe) then that is why your tires are wearing. 0.06 is more acceptable and shouldnt have a problem with your tires wearing.

your camber is ideal for a racing setup so to say. just get the values to about -1.5 with a -.5 cross camber. i would actually say that something is bent in the left front. -3.1 is huge....every car i have ever lowered....the max is always around -2.0.
