Default For those trying to lose weight

All of my girlfriends and I are on diets (I'm not really, just trying to make a lifestyle change of eating better and exercising-already lost five pounds!). Anyway, one of them referred me to this site. Its a fantastic way to write how much you're eating as well as what you're burning. Check it out:
