The TD04-18G turbo will flow 300hp worth of air without a problem. It's fuel management that will hold you back. For 300hp, I'd install their Type 24 front-mount intercooler and move on to a programmable ECU that can drive larger injectors with greater precision.
And given the sweltering heat of a VA summer, I'd look into an engine oil cooler and upgraded radiator as well.
