Stroker kits are more beneficial in a NA engine than turbo IMO. They increase torque by bumping the displacement by increasing the stroke of the piston, hence the name. They're pretty spendy for a good one.

A full H22 swap weighs 34 pounds more than a comparable B-Series swap. The myth that they are big heavy ass motors is a misconception.
