Stroker Motor Question
I have heard conflicting things about stroker kits for the integra LS engines. I have heard that it is a waste of money and I have also heard that it is worth it. Can anyone clear this up? Is it worth it to buy a stroker kit? What are the disadvantages? Any help would be appreciated.
Also, how much more do the H22 engines weigh compared with the integra LS engines? I heard that they weigh a lot more.
Thanks.

Ok guys, any help here.
I have a striped block 3 bolts that go from the head to the block were over torque and know spin freely, should I heli coil my block, or should I rethread to a bigger size and ad a bigger bolt, because Some one for Auto Zone told me that a heli coil will not work, I would have to re-thread to a bigger size and ad a bigger bolt, what is the best thing to do.
Other question I had.
What is the size of the original bolt, type of medal, and thread size?

A full H22 swap weighs 34 pounds more than a comparable B-Series swap. The myth that they are big heavy ass motors is a misconception.
Increased displacement, which in turn increases torque. But it hinders the revvability of the motor due to the worsened rod to stroke ratio.

Here is a good article covering increasing displacement/ changing rod, stroke ratio.
