well the first thing I did was take it too a honda dealership and let them look at it. After trying a valve adjustment and hooking it up to the computer, they still didnt know so they told me just to buy a whole new motor. I'm not really conviced with their opinion. I drove it just the other day and it still has power, with the only difference being there is alittle hesitation in acceleration at about 3000 rpm and the vtec isn't kicking in anymore.
