OK believe what you want, but 4th gen prelude taillights are all the same.....JDM or USDM. Yes, some JDM tailights will have fewer or different reflectors than the US versions (usually it's the outer reflector is missing).
FOR EXAMPLE:

^Notice how the outer reflector is not there but the other two still are?
