the way I put mine in is that I pull the axle about 1/2 out and push it in with a little force. and if it don't go in I'll do the same way again but make sure to rotate or turn the axle about 1/2 clock wise. it always work for me. BUT MAKE SURE THAT YOUR CAR IS NOT ON GEAR..
