Thermal makes a full 3" exhaust for turbo applications. You will need to also get a 3" cat since it won't bolt up to a stock three hole cat flange.
If I were to get full 3" exhaust, I would order the prebent piping from kteller and have the flanges, muffler, and hanger welded on for less than $400. It is a good deal compared to the $620 for the Thermal.
