Yes, the bolt patterns are identical. You can also dissasemble and paint your RS mirrors to match the color of the car.
or, you can just paint them black, might sound a little weird, but i did mine black and it looks perfectly normal, no one has ever noticed it. A lot of cars have black mirrors.
